I've got the week off,and I've already made over 40 posts on here. I'm supposed to be painting the bathroom.

Still not lifted a brush. Been looking through some old original press pictures, and came across this guy.
James Currier,1935 to 1939. 26 appearances,14 goals. Pretty good.
During the war years he played for Man City, scoring 93 goals in 113 appearances (Wiki).
Well before my time of course.

Bloody TV has gone kaput!
Just ordered a new one from Curry's. Coming tomorrow, and they're taking the old one away for an extra £15.
Getting rid of an old TV these days is murder.

We also have to pay to have our green bins emptied now.

Use the Community Recycling Centres & Recycling Sites:
For items that can’t be recycled in the blue bin, such as electrical items, take
them to one of the Community Recycling Centres in Warrington.

I'd rather pay the £15.
Having dealt with CRC's before,I couldn't take the hassle.
They seem to be manned exclusively by people who failed the traffic warden test, and are biding their time until they can take it again.
