How good is Mark Howard?

Some of Howard's save this season have top drawer and have certainly been a big part of us conceding so few goals recently...
So how does he rate in your eyes? And is Big Ben better? Once again we seem blessed in the GK department.

Mark Howard certainly surprised me, heard bad things about him from sheff utd fans and they were glad to be shot of him.

Personally I think he's the best overall GK we've had since jussi, never rated alnwick but he will do a job at this level

Pretty much every keeper we've had for years has been seen as a laughing stock one minute, and a world beater the next.

They all seem to go through phases.

Howard has been great so far but clearly he hasn't always been this good otherwise he'd have a much better CV and much better reviews from his previous clubs' fans.

They are both decent at this level on what we have seen so far, we are defending well as team certainly compared to recent seasons so it gives everyone more confidence.

I have more confidence in the two we have than I ever did with Amos, ok he was a decent shotstopper, but he's definitely short sighted which for a keeper is a bit of a shitter.

Plus he had very small hands.
