any of those Sunday evening programmes like Heartbeat and call the midwife, the newest one being an Indian Hospital one, something about Good Karma? Bland, boring telly for old folk (right up Bonceys street)
Saturday night telly isn't much better either to be fair apart from Taboo

TV has been dumbed down so much now that its almost pointless watching. However, we still do, just in case we find a good one. I've now got to the stage that I can predict almost every move, never mind plot, for all the soaps. (Why does nobody use their head, and do what normal people would do? ) The writers have crammed so much into their 5 shows a week, that there isn't anything 'normal' about any of it now, and when you stick people like Danny Dyer in the cast, you've shot yourself in the foot straight away.

They're all going in for gritty reality these days,so why don't we see and hear people farting and going to the toilet? At the same time if needs must.
I suppose the sight of Ken Barlow letting one rip as he sits on the bog reading The Mail is a step too far.

Britain's got Talent, the X factor, Let it shine -and all the other talent shows.
Some of the people on them have got genuine talent but the set of self appointed, attention seeking pricks that are paid to sit there and make comments on them are nauseating.
They're all deeply embarrassing.
