Fuck me, I'm sat near the back of the lower tier and I'm still getting wet. How the fuck does that happen? Which bellend designed this stadium? If I'm covered I shouldn't be getting wet.

It's bad enough that I have to sit with common people, but getting wet in a covered stand is taking the piss. I'm supposed to be going swinging with Cecil later tonight, but my hair looks like I've had a 1970's perm. I might end up with KP looking like this.

It's 2017, not 1917, surely it's time for the fans to be inside and warm. If they put some sort of large patio door on the front of all the stands we could all watch the game in comfort, wearing t-shirts. And in the warmer months the door could be opened up.

I bet the shit weather took 3,000 off the gate today, that's £75k or so the club has lost out on. I bet it wouldn't cost more than that for huge double glazed doors, especially if Safestyle Windows had a New Year sale on.

Admit it, you'd enjoy the match more if you didn't have to brave the crap weather. Are you with me?

A bloke a few rows down from me brings his own cushion. I couldn't do it.

Try standing on the embankment at Burnden during a downpour.

We were real men then.

That was in 1923. It's fooking 2018, we shouldn't be getting wet at football matches. Not unless Rob Earnshaw is playing.

Another serious thread ruined by bullshit.

If Ken was truly committed to BWFC he'd implement my idea.

But you'll be back there next home game doing it all over again. Foolish.

If you were at your favourite restaurant and there was a big hole in the roof pouring rain onto your fish and chips, would you go back? Would you fook.

Of course i'll be there, following the Super Whites is more addictive than crack.

The wife and kids were begging me not to go yesterday but it was my chance to get a bit of peace from them all and even though the weather was shite it was well worth it Very Happy

Nat,have you considered joining the Bolton Belles? They were conspicuous by their absence yesterday, and I'm sure you could show them a few moves.

I have the perfect solution. Move to Norfolk, buy an armchair.

On second thoughts, don't.
