WANDERERS face major selection problems in midfield as they look to get past Premier League Huddersfield Town in the FA Cup this weekend.
Darren Pratley and Karl Henry are out injured, Josh Cullen has been temporarily recalled by West Ham United and Josh Vela has missed a whole week of training because of a virus.
Phil Parkinson will look to youngsters Jack Earing and Jeff King to plug the gaps, while Jem Karacan and Derik Osede could also come in from the sidelines for a rare opportunity.

Club captain Pratley faces six weeks on the sidelines after scans showed he had a hairline fracture of his fibula. The 32-year-old suffered a similar injury last season, which eventually required further surgery, but the Whites are hopeful this will prove a more straightforward healing process.
He limped out of the 1-0 win over Hull City and left the Macron Stadium on Monday wearing a protective boot but the club are optimistic he will return by the start of March.
Karl Henry, who also left the Tigers game injured, will miss this weekend’s cup clash plus forthcoming league games against Brentford and Ipswich with a hamstring injury. It is hoped he will be back in action in two to three weeks.
Vela has been absent all week - but reports linking him with a move to Championship rivals Leeds United have also been dismissed.
Wanderers were also reported to be interested in a move for Plymouth Argyle midfielder Toumani Diagouraga yesterday but The Bolton News understands there has been no contract offer for the experienced Frenchman, who is available on a free transfer.

Striker Adam Armstrong returned to Newcastle United yesterday at the Premier League club’s request and now looks to be heading out on loan to League One, with Bradford and Blackburn at the head of the queue.
Parkinson is optimistic, however, that both Josh Cullen and Reece Burke will be available for next week’s trip to Griffin Park despite them being recalled to West Ham.
The pair could even play some part in the Hammers’ FA Cup game at Shrewsbury Town on Sunday before returning to the North West.

Talks with Everton over full-back Antonee Robinson are also ongoing, with hopes high he will be able to resume his Bolton career without a break and face Huddersfield in the cup.
