Sundy lose and Burton tie.  Good results... and Barnsley have to squeeze in an additional match against NF.

Sunderland and Burton are really up against it now, but both teams have shown some fight recently. My immediate worry is Barnsley. They're well capable of beating Forest and if they do when the match is rescheduled, and bearing in mind that we are playing Brum tomorrow, they are very much in the mix in what is looking like a three or four horse race to avoid the third relegation spot. And we have to go to them on the 14th. If we beat Brum, we'll have a bit of breathing space, but a loss would pile even more pressure on that that game.
So just make sure we win against Brum, Parky.

I reckon  Sunderland and Burton are down,so Barnsley are our main danger. They have a game in hand (away at Forest) but they're at home to Sheffield Utd next, then they come to us.
Looking more and more like the key game.

Well we are right back in the shit now and our next 2 games are against teams looking to stay in or get to the play-offs.  I agree about Sunderland and Burton being almost down but we are in real danger of being dragged back into the battle with Barnsley and possibly Reading. Squeaky bum time.

For those of us who had to make do with radio and highlights it's no surprise that we didn't win. You can't win with zero shots on target over 95 minutes which for a home game of this importance is little short of scandalous.
Does that sound too "negative" or am I just being realistic?
I get the impression that Parky banks heavily on what he considers to be the "senior players" when it comes to team selection and despite our strikers being nowhere near potent enough (is it 6 goals in the last 10 games?) switching it around by introducing hungry (and moreover, relatively quick) strikers like Connor Hall, Edu Obasi or even Tyler Walker is probably even less likely for the rest of the season. That was one game in which we needed to show attacking initiative and intent but I suspect that failing to do so will simply push Parky even further down the road he knows. Ironic really.

My run in predictions.

Derby away - We suck away 0 pts

Millwall at home - Maybe 1 pt

Barnsley away - We suck away plus a relegation rival so we'll bottle it 0 pts

Wolves at home - They'll run the show 0 pts

Burton away - Another relegation rival and an away game 0 pts

Forest at home -  1pt

....and to be honest, it might well come true unless he does something to spark up the performances. Play against these like we did against Birmingham where their tactics won hands down and left us clueless about what to do about it,  then we'll be relegated and deservedly so.

The way we played against Birmingham it probably is true.

We're already down folks. This morning I was planning the best route to Accrington without coming into contact with common people.

I suspect the signs involve places where common folk hang out.

Strange way to describe your neighbours, but at least you're honest.

I have had contact with very few common folk outside of the Macron. Most have fleas.

I was trying to help you maintain your elite and reserved status
I forgot to mention the sluts ,slags and slappers. But they all contribute to life's rich tapestry.
