Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

- Access to Bolton Nuts may be denied for any reason deemed
appropriate by the Administrators, including but not limited to: Using the
system to transmit Real Life threats of harm to another user; Harassment of
another user; attempting to crash or corrupt the database or computing
resources of the website.
- Violation of any of the Forum Terms of Service may result
in any or all of the following:
* Suspension of access to Bolton Nuts and its computing
resources for a time to be determined by the administrators.
* Removal of your account and termination of access to the
website and its computing resources without prior notice.
* Notification of your site and/or system administrators.
* Notification of civil and/or law enforcement authorities.
- WARNING TO PARENTS. The majority of Bolton Nuts users are
over 18 and as such, there may be strong language used within the forum. Bolton
Nuts administrators cannot be held responsible in the event that minors are
exposed to it. Bolton Nuts will not be responsible for any ill-effects upon
minors due to the content of the website. You have been warned.
- Your email address is only used in order to confirm the
details of your registration, to provide password reminders where necessary,
and to notify you of any Private Messages you may have received from site
moderators or other users. Bolton Nuts will NEVER pass on your personal details
to any other organisation except in relation to your misuse of facilities as
described above.
- All messages must be posted in English.
- Any message contravening the rules above will be edited or
removed without additional notice or justification. By breaking these rules you
accept you are likely to be banned from the site. The internet is not
anonymous. Our users have the right to use our site free from abuse and
harassment.
- Your IP (Internet Protocol) address is logged for the
purposes of administrating this policy.
- Individuals are permitted to have one Bolton Nuts account
only.
