I lost my beloved parrot, Stelios, today. My constant companion of 33 years is no more.
I cried like a baby as I entered the surgery to see him on his way to that big perch in the sky, but buoyed by the knowledge that I was doing the right thing.
I held his claw as the vet put him to sleep.
His pitiful cries of "get yer maulers off me, I've only got a cold", will live with me forever.
Rest in peace old chum.

i see a pattern emerging, whilst i'm here my pet gerbil, Ivan recently passed away as well, i won't go into details but it involved cling film, a tube and an old homosexual man. Needless to say i was in bits.

This is the sickest post I have ever read, someone mocking the death of my dog.

My Labrador Randy is buried in my backyard. He died in January and I still miss him. It's nothing to joke about, in my opinion.

My cat died last year had him for 11 years. Was lay on the bed next to me, knew he was on his way out. I was stroking him and as soon as I stopped he died. 

Cried more about my cat than I did when my grandad died the week after.
