Fifa world rankings

As a bit of an aside to all the seriousness on here these last few days, the new fifa world rankings table has been released.

England are somehow ahead of Spain, with England 10th and Spain 11th. 

Even more shocking than that, Wales are 9th!! Fucking 9th!!

I know they're doing better than usual but weren't they about 111th not so long back?

Wales deserve their elevated status given that they're absolutely battering the mighty Cyprus 1-0 with two minutes to go.

Don't agree with the rankings but happy they are qualifying for a major tournament for a change.

Netherlands just lost to Iceland at home. Think that means Netherlands  can't qualify now. Italy beat Malta 1-0. 

Did anyone see the African quapifilying results. Complete waste of time that they are. Teams winning 6-0, 7-0, 8-0 9-0 and 10-0. Anyone that thinks Qatar isn't a footballing nationthink again they won 15-0.

Quapifilying is my new favourite word - it just sounds so brilliant! 

Can I use it in public please or do I have to pay you royalityies?

I'd blame it on predictive text, but I have no idea what it was predicting.

Whatever it was, I doubt it would have been a 15-0 win for Qatar.

Holland can still easily qualify. The third place teams will play off and although automatic qualification looks unlikely I am sure they will make the play offs and beat a team like Scotland or Israel. 

The amazing thing I thought about the current rankings was that romania were 7th. Wtf. They are shit. They haven't made a major finals for donkeys years. Belgium are 2nd. Wtf. They have a fantastic team of players but last world cup they were terrible.

Holland losing against Turkey so currently not in the top 3 in their group.
