I was in a band at college called Lev Yashin & The Back Four. 

(There were six of us in the band - clever, non?)

We were utterly shite technically but we thought we were cool as fuck.

And I once had sex (with an actual female human) as a direct result of being in that band so that counts as success in my book.

Favourite existing band names include: The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Balham Alligators and a folk group up in Scotland called The Butter Mountain Boys.
