I have just read the Bolton Council (thanks to Clifford?) have given Greggs the green light to open up a third pasty shop in Deansgate on the opposite side facing McDonald's that used to house Phones4U.

Do we really need another Greggs? 

This will make it the 11th pasty shop in Bolton town centre.

Is that not a bit too much?

Has Cliff received another brown envelope to swing his vote?
