Jake Turner made his Frickley Athletic debut on Saturday in a dramatic eight-goal thriller.

Having joined the club on a work experience loan until the end of the season, the England youth international started for Frickley as they recovered from 2-0 down to claim a dramatic 5-3 victory.

There was also drama for FC United and Jeff King as the midfielder came off the bench to score his first goal for the club in an eight-goal thriller of their own.

Trailing 3-0 at the break, FC United scored two goals in the final five minutes, including a stoppage-time equaliser to claim a share of the spoils after an entertaining 4-4 draw.

Meanwhile in Sky Bet League One, Ben Amos kept a clean sheet as Charlton Athletic drew 0-0 against Fleetwood Town at the Valley.
