Being embroiled in yet another relegation battle had me thinking about how we've rarely ever had long to wait for the next torturous instalment of promotion or relegation drama.

Our 11 year Premier League stretch aside, we have to go all the way back to the late 70s to enjoy a sustained period of stress-free mediocrity as Wanderers fans.

Obviously, this season is no different and we'll be biting our nails right down to the wire once again.

I can see us beating Wolves and losing to Burton. That's how we do things.
