Bolton boss Owen Coyle is swooping for Guinea’s exciting attacker Ismael Bangoura and trying to rush through a package with the African star.

Wanderers have agreed a deal with Arab side Al Nasr for the 27-year-old Bangoura, who is on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Coyle is looking into ways of rushing through a work permit for him, but he will need Guinea to be knocked out of the competition early to let him pull off the coup.

Bangoura played for Dinamo Kiev and Rennes and has been a hit in the Middle East, but he is now available.

I don't want to hear this sort of thing.

To get out of this mess we need proven Premiership players, not tarts from places few have even heard of.
