I know it's early days but I am bored and so I thought I would plant a seed for consideration and give Bolton's finest a chance of San Miguel with sun on their backs?
My local Spanish 3rd division side FC Torrevieja some time ago played hosts to Fred Barber and the whites young goalkeepers who trained along side the spanish goalies in a summer school. Shortly after this during FC Torrevieja's pre season tour to England the team and officials were guests at the Reebok for an Arsenal match. Clearly there is a relationship here and I am sure the hospitallity would be reciprocated in Spain.
The idea was put in my head while reading the sports pages of a local newspaper for the expats in which an article for the side up the road riding high for promotion to La Liga Elche CF claimed they had an association with BWFC.
Both citys' are nice places to visit close to Alicante airport and Benidorm.
