He seem to do well for a spell just before MJ and Lee signed in January and never got a game since.
Clearly he is seen as a back up player rather than a starter so I guess both sides know the score and are happy with it.
I'm guessing the area the club is looking to stregthen is attack (maybe a back up keeper too?) and they are saving their pennies to do that thus why they are happy to keep Tutte (possibly Delaney too) as known, cheap, squad players rather than find (and pay more in wages) for better replacements.

I think he's alright sluffy and with the right forwards he could turn out to be a very useful player indeed. I seem to remember him being pretty good at playing forwards in when he first joined us.

Is this some sort of joke? A player who couldn't get in our League 2 side is given a new contract for League 1.
