Don't know if any of you are watching the U 20's World Cup from Turkey, but if so what is your opinion on the ref using the can of foam spray to mark where the ball is placed and the ten yard line which the defenders have to be behind. It's been used for a few years now in South and Central America and I think it's a positive for the game.
