QPR next week is a must win or our season is fading fast .

Seven points behind Forest.

Forget who is at the top - we're in a relegation dogfight.

Can you see this team out-battling the likes of Barnsley, Doncaster and Millwall?

If Utd went that far clear after 3 games they would be saying everybody else are playing for european spots already.

19th position and no points expected against QPR......so Nat is correct.

This league is all about going on runs, although we've started poorly I fully expect us to go on a decent run in the next week or so, just as Forest will stumble any time soon. It's nothing like the premier league so don't compare it to it.

What are you basing your "we'll go on a run" comment?

If there was something riding on it i.e. money, your life etc, would you still say that?

Of course not because there is no evidence to back it up.

Of course there's no evidence you dope it hasn't happened yet! It's called a prediction, like you predicting we'd be in a relegation dog fight last year and you predicting we'd be in one this year.

You're right that is a fact.

What isn't a fact is that we're going to be in a relegation dog fight, or that we'll go on a good run. These are both predictions. PM me if you need more help defining the two.

well we did go "on a run" last year that took us to within goal difference of a play off spot.

so there's evidence that this group has that ability.

My God!! I may as well end it all now, never heard so much defeatism in all my life, no wonder the reebok is so quiet, go watch Bury or Stockport. 

If we lose and Forest win that'll be forest ten points clear already.

Over reacting anyone? we have a reasonably tough start if we are within 6 points at the end of September then we will at some point get a run going. As previously said we went on a very good run last season i expect similar at some point. Further proof is we are unbeaten at home in 2013, ok ot will go at some point but it is solid form. The away form is more worrying.

Talk of a relegation fight is utter garbage at this stage, i agree we are playing catch up and it's not a good start, however IF we can get it together by say November then that's three month earlier than last year, given that we missed out by 1 goal we have plenty of time to turn it around either you believe in Dougie or you don't, i do.

If we do beat QPR there will be "title talk" thats how fickle this fan base is

We won't beat QPR.

Forest will get beat plenty of times this season.....but not by us.  How many pub team got results against us last season and then got hammered the following week....or you get a Peterborugh or Barnsly  I think it was, who had not scored a goal for 3 or 4 games and then scored 4 against us.....we were good for quite a few bottom feeders last season.
I'd say QPR is a must win....not just because of the 3 points but to install some confidence in the side and the fans that we can actually win a game. It laughable but if we lose we could be in the bottom three come Saturday night depending on other results.....how would we feel about that I wonder.

Winning is contageous.
Not winning is also contageous, we are not winning.

Nothing to be worried about just yet. It's a long season with allot of points to play for. Forest might be having a good run of form a the moment, who's to say we won't go on a good run.

By the way did I mention we are still below Derby
