Wanderers owe West Ham £450k for winger Hall

A TRIBUNAL has ruled that Wanderers must pay £450,000 up front for young winger Rob Hall.
A decision was made in London yesterday by the Professional Footballers Compensation Committee, which found that West Ham were due a significant fee up front, with further add-ons based on promotion.
Hall has made four appearances and scored one goal since his arrival from Upton Park in the summer and has represented England at every youth level up to the Under-19s.

I suspect £450k will be a disastrous price for the new Vaz Te.

He's looked good to me so far and hasn't fallen over once as far as i know (unlike our old friend Vaz Te and his carpet slippers)

Can't see us getting in the Prem in the next 3 years, so money looks safe, will the fee go down if we get relegated in the next 3 years?

Yes that Premier League payment looks safe enough to me.
