If there's any truth in this it's very worrying that Dougie's targets are so unimaginative. OG (haha!) is a decent player but not what we need right now. I'd be happier with him signing more kids like White than the likes of OG as it's possible that at some point in the future they'll be top quality. Garvan won't ever be top notch.

After that utter shambles of a performance today- if he goes signing any more mediocre mid fielders he should be sacked. We've got loads of then already- Spearing,Medo,Pratley, Holden(?), Mark Davies(?). Vela, Gregus, Eagles.
Its clear that we need a competent CB. If he doesn't get one- then he really should think about seeking employment elsewhere.
