'Global interest' in sell-off of Nat Lofthouse memorabilia

Absolutely brilliant news. I will be paying homage to the great man once his memorabilia is on display at the museum.

Bloody Hell! you won't hear me say this too often but well done to Bolton Council -done something right for once.

Just a shame BWFC couldn't have done the decent thing.

BWFC would've wanted the fans to pay for it, for them.

In-fact do they give a shite about their History?

As far as i can feel it BWFC are becoming more and more distant from their fans with every passing year - Gartside has done nothing but alienate me for years. . .

I always felt it was a disgrace that the funding for Nat's statue was at the behest of peoples generosity, the club should have paid for the complete job. Fancy begging for donations after all he meant to the club. Bloody disgrace

I can't agree more to this, like other members it shows how much the club really gives a shit to be honest.

This year has been a disgrace from BWFC , QuickQuid and now stuff like begging to fund Nats statue, thank god we have Bolton Council .

Although what Bolton Council did was very good they are no saints either.
