Rolf Harris and Billy Roache are both in court today. I can't seem to find out how the Jimmy Tarbuck case is progressing.

Have they got anything on Orville yet?

Seems like a free for all at the minute,and it's hard to believe half of it. But I'd like to know what they found on Rolf's computer.

If there is only one victim then it is pretty much dead in the water. No forensic evidence and basically the word of one person against a household name. However, the reluctance of High Court Judges to grant anonymity for Celebrity defendants has changed the goalposts for the victims.

Once it becomes public knowledge that a celebrity has been arrested it alerts his other victims. They then come forward and the ' modus operandi ' is exposed.

Where you get multiple victims all singing off the same hymn sheet it's difficult for the jury not to come to the same conclusion as the CPS and the police.

If five women who have never met each other all recall a similar account of their abuse, then the only conclusion that can be reached is that they all know one another and concocted the story between them or they are all telling the truth.

Stuart Hall made the fatal mistake of opening his gob after his first appearance by dismissing his victims as liars. It backfired simply because other victims he had abused who had never came forward were so incensed at his comments that they also contacted the police.

I am not going to mention any names on here but there are underground rumours that there are two very big celebrities out there who still appears regularly on TV who are rumoured to have monster injunctions in place against them being named. The Courts have deemed that if they are charged then the injunctions will be lifted.
