Free half time pies...

How close have you been to free half time pies at the Reebok?

Today i missed out by one row, I actually considered climbing over into the empty seat in front to claim a pie!

I was on the winning row in October I think it was. Can't remember who we played though.

I missed out by a row a few months ago.

A few people offered me theirs but I wasn't hungry.

I work in Wigan surrounded by pies

about time they started doing free half time pints!

Never anywhere near...

What's it all about? is it a promo thing or something?

I always thought, that our asylum seeking employees, that work behind the counters, take the stuff home at the end of the game. I always see them carrying a very large bag home after the game, maybe it's stuffed with cash and not pies then.

Karly, at half time in every home game they give free pies to one row of seats. Today i missed out by one row. So close yet so far.

Never seen this happen when I have been.

Never got a free pie.

They're probably his left-overs.

I was on my way out of the Reebok one time and they were carting a load of unsold stuff off to the bin. About 70 pies in a trolley and some other bits. I got two free pies out of it and do did some other folks.

Did you ask for them or fish them out of the bin?

The amount of waste these days is disgusting.

You would have thought that they would have done a forecast on sales etc and then they wouldn't have to throw them away at least, either that or bring the price down so they sell more!
