Adam Bogdan out for up to eight weeks

Adam Bogdan is set to be out of action for up to eight weeks after fracturing a finger in training.

The goalkeeper missed the weekend’s 0-0 draw with Sheffield Wednesday at Macron Stadium, with Dougie Freedman confirming the Hungarian’s injury in his post-match press.

“It just seems to be the way things are going for us at the moment,” he said. “Adam will be out for around eight weeks after a ball rebounded off a post and hit his little finger awkwardly.”

Well he must've fell on it then, i'm not having that he broke it with a Bolton player having a shot at him.

Exactly, rugby players tape their fingers up and carry on in the game never mind the next match.
But then again they are men!

I notice it came off a post THEN hit Adam's finger. That's MUCH more believable than he actually made a save. 

More seriously, what is it with us? Injuries that no one else ever gets and any other team would see fixed in a fortnight turn into a catastrophic career ender here. 

I bet we don't HAVE a treatment room anymore, the BBC hired it to film casualty because they don't need any sctors, just our squad and a couple of paramedics.
