Yoga.

Has anyone ever done it?

Ive booked myself on a class and now im having second thoughts, but ill man up and go for it, i might end up loving it.

Your knowledge would be thankful.

I think you are a power couple but nat is the bloke and your his missus.

If your only arguement and come back is that footballers also do Yoga, the only i have heard of doing it is Giggs, and as he is a red through and through i would think of a better come back.

Hi Bruv, yes I go regularly now,mainly just because of the amazing babes that are there, fit or what,I'm the only bloke in the class and the instructor is coming on to me but I need to be careful as I don't want the wife finding out.

There's this other thing where you hang upside down at this place i go to and its good for you and you will never lose your hair either as it also feeds plenty of blood to the roots.

Yoga is great and so is Pilates if you don't take it too seriously and enjoy a good stretch.

I might be doing a stretch myself after I've caught up with Scott.
