Neil Danns has signed a one-year contract extension with Bolton Wanderers, with the midfielder’s new deal keeping him at the club until the summer of 2016.
After enjoying two separate loan spells at Macron Stadium last season from Leicester City, the 32-year-old joined the Whites permanently in the summer on a one-year deal.
An ever-present since Neil Lennon’s appointment as Bolton manager, Danns has been one of the Trotters’ star players so far this season, making 31 appearances and scoring three goals.
And the midfielder’s fine form has seen Wanderers move quickly move to tie him to the club for an additional year.
