Kaiyne Woolery’s loan spell at Notts County is over and he has returned to parent club Bolton Wanderers.
The winger or forward leaves Meadow Lane having not scored a goal since his arrival from the Championship Trotters last month.
Woolery made his debut against Oldham Athletic, but endured an unhappy start to life at the Magpies who were beaten 3-0.
But the 20-year-old winger was picked out by boss Shaun Derry as one of the few positives he could take from the trip to Boundary Park.
He next started the 1-0 defeat to Chesterfield at Meadow Lane, but lost his place in the starting 11 for the 2-1 loss at home to Sheffield United.
Woolery was eventually recalled for the clash against Fleetwood Town, but was again on the losing side as the Magpies were beaten 2-1 on the Lancashire coast.
He then had to settle for a place on the substitutes’ bench for the weekend’s defeat against Port Vale but did come on for the last 15 minutes of the League One clash.
In total, he made five appearances and scored no goals.
