This has bugged me for ages, what is the last meal about? Some murdering scum gets to gorge on the finest food or 17 burgers and ice cream. Couple of things 1. It's a waste of food they are going to be dead .2. Why? Did they buy their victim a nice meal before they killed them. Another thing how do you have the appetite to eat when you are about to be executed surely food is the last thing you want with your guts turning over. Some fat bird got her execution stopped the other day because they thought the poison did'nt look strong enough to safely kill this huge monster who'd just eaten most of Burger King as her last meal. So does she get another last blow out when they find enough poison to put the bitch down.
Death Row.

It was stopped because the drug looked cloudy, nothing to do with the utter inanity you've written above.

they have a problem in America as one of the 3 drugs used in the executions was made by a British company who when it went public didn't want to be associated with it anymore. They are now trying to find another drug that can do a similar job but there have been a few botched attempts recently.

Dont see how hard it can be to put someone down, what's wrong with an overdose of anesthetic like at the vets and its peaceful. So the most powerful nation on earth cant put down a crim without it not working properly, were all fucked.

its a three step process, first drug is an anaesthetic, the second to paralyse them then a dose of potassium to stop the heart. (i think i have the right order!)

It's just one of them places you just don't want to be.
On a serious note after WW11 there was the War Crime Trials and I think a Hangman called
Albert Pierrepoint saw quite a few off.
