RIP. I will be buying the new shirt.

I have a programme from that final, its in my dads loft at present, been contemplating framing it for a while if im honest.

It belonged to my granddad who I believe was there with his brother on that fateful day, not long since returned from active duty in WW2.

Never really been able to ask him about it as my granddad died before I was born along with the brother, my dad isn't too sure either as it was found when clearing out the loft at his old home when my grandmother died in 2002.

Rebel get the programme framed!
I have been surprised how many people had never heard of the disaster, let alone the fact that it was the biggest on a football stadium in Britain before Ibrox.
That day was the first and last time he ever went on Burnden Park, fortunately he returned.
RIP the 33.
