Ice Cube v Ice T

I was brought up listening to these guys, but who was better?

They've both gone down the film/tv route these days but not so long ago they were releasing critically acclaimed hip-hop albums.

Ice T's "Original Gangster" is a masterclass in big beats, bravado rhyme and a rarity in hip-hop, humour.

On the other hand Ice Cube's "Death Certificate" was highly controversial, extremely racist, and as angry a record as you'll ever hear.

Both are brilliant.

But who was better?

Ice T all day.

Ice Ice Baby is a classic.

"If there was a problem, yo, I'll solve it. Check out the hook while my DJ revolves it."

Epic rhyming.

Ice Cube for me, but i think Ice T had the better song with the original 99 problems.

you could have made this a three way and thrown vanilla ice in.

Tea should never be cold.

I like ice cubes in my Gin and Tonic.
