Queen or The Police

Last one its dragging on now, never rated queen well over hyped imo and cant stand may's guitar sound, never liked either's albums to me they were both mainly singles bands, that shit rhapsody thing i never want to here again prefer one night in paris by 10 cc which is probably where they got the idea from so based on singles it has to be Police for me.

Queen were a great live band. Mercury was a born showman
Sting is a pretentious twat with an obnoxious wife.

Queen for me.  Great band, great live (i never got to see them but have seen show's on dvd etc)

The Police were the first band i ever liked as a kid and still have their albums on vinyl somewhere so it has to be them for me. Stewart Copeland was and still is an amazing drummer

Same as you Norpig, I had a walkman from when I was about 5 and listened to 2 tapes religiously The Police Greatest Hits was one and Bob Marley Live was the other (with Robert Plant's greatets hits on the B Side), still 3 of my favourite artists.

I hate Queen so it has to be The Police.

It has to be Queen. Flamboyant sartorial elegance personified and plenty of timeless songs.

Can't abide Queen. Police therefore win by default.
