Yes, you've said that before, and I accept it's sacrilege to mention it in the same breath as Middlemarch! Different level altogether, but whilst I know several people who hated it as fiercely as you, I also know just as many who thought the plot was utterly gripping . For what it's worth, it featured for a long time in the book charts (after Judy Finnegan recommended it! .......no comment necessary, Bread!!) I was trying to provide different types of novels so that everyone could find at least one they liked.

I watch documentaries for that.

I can't remember the last time I read a book to be honest!

Used to love books on the secret seven and Mr. Pink whistle when I was a kid!
