do you not think they have it sussed?

terracing.
every match on TV.
no stupid alcohol ban.
cheap tickets.
stadiums still full even though you can watch every match on TV.

I'm only saying this as according to BBC the bundeslegia was the most watched league in europe last season...

prem was second

championship fourth...

I read somewhere that the Bundesligia was the wealthiest football league in the world. There must be something in it.

I do think they have it right, but it's too late for us. While Old Trafford, Etihad, Emirates etc are full every week, no way are they going to agree to cheap tickets.

I think its actually ran by a bunch of people who actually give a shit in all honesty.

as opposed to a bunch of fat-cat dickheads who are only interested in making lots of money and having a 'lets see who can come up with the most stupid idea' yearly competition.

Phil Gartside won that award last year... Rolling Eyes

They must be doing something right in Germany, they never seem to fail to produce an International team filled with world class players and a world class team. Though they don't always win a major comp they are always in with a shout more times than not.

The youth system set up over there is apparantly second to none.

Same happens in Eredivisie, as well.

Although I do think that the FA are now trying to muder the cash-cow that is The Barclays Premier League by not allowing ALL matches to be shown live on TV, and from the next TV franchise also dropping the 3pm kick-offs for the European TV companies, but still expecting the same amount of money, if not more!!!
