I've done it before.

You just kind of zone out after a bit and say: "Yeah, right whatever.....just do as you're told, lah."

(The "lah" is thrown in casually to try and get them to think that you see them as semi-equal and you're not just viewing them as the bone-idle caricatures that you and they both know they are.)

If there's an angle, yer Scouser has already seen it, weighed it up and is already working it to his advantage.

I like the challenge, if I'm honest.

Just been watching the Alan Partridge film.

Big disapointment imo.

Heard that myself and given how much I love AP, having lived that life for a bit, I decided to swerve it.

Don't want to ruin the memories.

It did have one or two funny moments in it but the film simply didn't work for me.

Certainly not a classic, imo.
