Recently I've been averaging over an avocado a day.
Sometimes I use them in cooking, but mainly I just eat them on their own.
I'd honestly rather have an avocado than a chocolate bar, packet of crisps, popcorn, you name it.
Trouble is, they're actually higher in fat than sausage rolls I'm told.
