Didn't really bother with toys when I was a kid. I played out all the time and made dens, tree houses, weapons, swings and the like when I wasn't playing footie, swimming or going for bike rides. My mate had some soldiers that he tried to get me interested in (I wasn't particularly) and I got a train set for Xmas when I was 9 but my kid brother had dismantled the engine before Xmas day was out. On the bright side, he did turn out to be an engineer.
