AD, on behalf of the older generation, when these cars were relatively comon, I'd be interested to know what came of that, if it happened.

I ran the Pony Bolton marathon in 1981 and didn't do an ounce of training and in my younger days I had unprotected sex..

It wasn,t my idea and i didn,t want to do it but i was goaded into pitting my 68 mustang GT 390 fastback against a 1970 ford escort mexico which he believed could do it.It didn,t of course and i ended up with the mexico which not being my type of car i kindly sold it to him.

Everyone had unprotected sex and lots of it. Condoms were really frowned upon (having a bath with your wellies on etc) and STDs were considered a manageable risk - until AIDS hit the headlines.
