The biggest pile of crap ever.
No introduction properly to games.
Then the presenter and her mate chatting over the top of the Bolton slot.
A stupid mobile phone link to a guy at a cricket ground for too long.
A studio audience.
A 'live' feel. With free moving camera wandering about like its Tfi Friday or Children in need.
Absolutely awful. They need to ditch it tonight and re think it by next week.

Didn't see it but it sounds like when ITV got the Prem.
"Let's reinvent it and make it better!"
Andy Townsend in a trailer outside the ground wearing headphones and trying to sound "informed" despite the fact that he knows nowt and Gabby Logan talking clueless shite because she also knows fuck all about football but her dad played for Dirty Leeds, so that's ok.
And she's not totally fugly - big nose but that's not her fault.
We're no longer in the Prem and nobody in the TV scheduling offices cares.
We've just got to accept that fact and get used to only seeing Bolton on the interweb.
Cheers Phil.

I don't particularly like the chatty presenter with live audience format but understand why they do it.
Thought that breaking up the highlights of the various leagues was interesting but I can see us ending up at the back of the show on a regular basis - after all we were only near the beginning because the theme was around the favourites i.e. Derby rather than us.
The usual cursory dismissal and cliche'd attitude towards BWFC continues ("nobody likes going to Bolton" for example which I suppose can be construed as a compliment albeit back-handed)
All in all it was OK IMO, but we're going to have to do something spectacular to get a fair crack of the coverage.

Did it have a main match on? Where it has commentary on whats happening rather than inane chat over the goals.
Saw the Sheff Wednesday game at the beginning, then it showed Sheff United, then I turned off.
Why does Derren Brown present it?

Adam Virgo looked like he'd shit himself and was trying his hardest not to let it run down his legs.
Dreadful programme.

First time out so they spent a fair bit of time explaining themselves. Virgo was a guest so I guess there will be a different perspective every week - preferable to Claridge IMO.

BTW I loved Bury's walk-in goal. Especially the torment in the goalie's face when he had to let him by.
