Wanderers trialist Orlandi heads to Cyprus

Wanderers have passed on the chance to sign former Brighton and Swansea playmaker Andrea Orlandi.

The Spanish midfielder has accepted an offer to play in Cyprus for Anorthosis after a short trial at the Macron Stadium.

Neil Lennon wanted to take a longer look at the 31-year-old, who recently cancelled his contract at League One Blackpool, and was considering using him this weekend in a friendly against Motherwell.

But when it became clear that a financial agreement would not be reached, Orlandi moved on to accept an offer from the Famagusta-based club.

He was utter crap anyway, i want to hear a R.V.P or a Drogba or a Klasnic or a Rossi or a Cavani or a Cantona or an Anelka.

Half of these players i have never even heard of before.
