As you may or not remember, the last permanent job offer I received fell through when it became apparent that I would have to see out my 3 month notice period, so I'm back on the Interim Wagon and considering my options.

Here's a job that I've just been contacted about:

Yeah, bit of a bummer but it happens - oh well.

To be honest it's partly my fault because in my haste to confirm the deal, I sort of made out that I'd be available in a couple of weeks because the last guy who left only had to do a week's notice so I assumed it'd be the same with me. (It's very rare that they make you see out all three months.)

But it wasn't.

Anyroad, ancient history now.

The Iraq thing's paying six grand a month tax free.

Tempting on the face of it but in reality they'd have to stick another couple of noughts on the end of that.......and then double it.

I wouldn't even send Megson over there. Very Happy

It says in the job description you need to be flexible. I presume this is for when you are captured by insurgents and used as a sex slave. You will need big Barry to vouch for you to let them know just how flexible you can be. Very Happy
