Tinned Toms - You know it makes sense!

I love a bit of the UFC. None of your namby pamby fighting at arms length Tyson Fury bollocks. Proper fighting, mixed martial arts at its best.

This weekend is UFC 194, featuring arguably the biggest fight in UFC history.

Jose Aldo vs Connor McGregor promises to be an absolute cracker. Both unbeaten in the UFC with Aldo holding the featherweight title belt since its inauguration in 2010.

Any other fans on here or is it just me?

How dare you call me a sad wanker. The fact that it's true doesn't matter, it's just not nice.

I will now have Nordave kill you in a very painful way and have sluffy bury you under his patio with white84 and Angry dad.

I wondered what happened to Angry Dad. Laughing

Aldo was unbeaten in 10 years until McGregor put his lights out in just 13 seconds. He's a proper mouthy irishman but he can definitely back it up. I feel a bit like sluffy with his cycling here but this is the fight (if you can call it that) anyway. At least it wasn't pay per view here like in America. Would have been gutted paying for a 13 second fight, whether the undercard is good or not. This is the whole fight and the video is just 16 seconds long.

I was impressed with McGregor after he dispatched Chad ' Money ' Mendes in the 2nd round. He certainly talks the talk but at least he walks the walk.
Luke Rockhold winning the middleweight belt from Chris Weidmann was another surprise.

Rockhold v Weidmann was a good fight. It probably could have been stopped slightly sooner tbh as Weidmann was taking a full on battering on the deck. His face was a mess. There's been a few shocks recently, especially when Ronda Rousey got knocked out the other week. She was looking unbeatable and then suddenly looked like she'd never stepped foot in the octagon before.

That's what makes the UFC so exciting. So many quality mixed martial artists all competing for the belts at various weights. I have always been a big fan of boxing but the UFC edges it for me. So much more unpredictable.
