Crackers the lot of you! We all like to pull a cracker at Christmas time, usually ending up with some shite. Has anyone ever made their own! Was contemplating this about 7 mins ago. Just buy the usual cheap shite. But carefully take them apart and put some better jokes in there add some pound toys and they'd suddenly become luxury!!

I was proposed to with an engagement ring in a cracker, he had painstakingly taken apart and put it in. Embarrassingly, I was too busy putting the hat on and snorting with laughter at the joke to realise the ring was slightly (a lot) better than the usual without huge hints. When I got what it was I choked on my cava till it was running out of my nose...I was such a catch.

I heard Jamie oliver banging on about this on the radio the other morning. I might consider doing it, if I can be bothered going to the effort.
