Redfearn and Clement potted by Rotherham and Derby, why the fuck are we sticking with this clown? both have far better records than Lennon.

Derby sack Clement because he's not fulfilling the brief set out when he joined. In other words they're not interested in promotion this year, just playing exciting, attacking football. 

They're 5 points off the top ffs. I'm sure the supporters are not interested in promotion this year and will be more than happy to sit around in this division for another season or two. Ridiculous sacking imo. 


As for Redfearn, I'm slightly worried about them getting the fresh impetus that a new manager will bring. Could spell trouble.

The Clement sacking seems a bit rash. Derby are still in a good position to make the play-offs.

The Derby sacking is laughable, as is their reasoning. They don't want promotion, they want exciting, attacking football.

Football is exciting when you're in the mix for promotion. Barcelona style football would be shit if you're in the bottom 3.

Mel Morris seems like more of a nutter with every passing week, he was down in the dressing room 1 game into this 7 games winless streak giving the players a bollocking, alarm bells should have been ringing for Clement then.

Chucking money at the problem seems to have made matters worse, they didn't need Nick Blackman especially if they were planning on playing him wide.

Never mind the sacking it was a stupid appointment in the first place. Most of the Derby fans were fine with it because Clement used to hand the bibs out at 'Real Madrid'.

They need to get the next one right and allow him to be a manager (not a Head Coach) because I can see trouble on the horizon for Derby. They have far too many big egos in their squad, which needs 'managing'.
