Excellent and very positive interview from Deano.

One positive to take out of it was that he doesn't want to be manager.

Tinned Toms - You know it makes sense!
Tbh be comes across really well and he does look like he gives a shit. Let's just hope he can deliver. I couldn't help noticing how he completely swerved the question about why Bruce Gordon dropped out suddenly though.

He talks a good talk, let's see if he carries it through, certainly a lot of positive vibes.

A lot of people didn't rate Holdsworth as a player, but as far as commitment goes there have been few with more passion on the pitch for BWFC than Deano.
I don't doubt for a minute he wants what is best for BWFC.

Fair play to him but he's not bought the club out of the goodness of his heart, he's bought it to make money from it.
There is obviously a plan to do that as the FL has given him the green light to go ahead but it seems fairly clear that he will run at a loss for the remainder of the season and unless he is able to dump a great many still contracted players for next season, a loss for the whole of next season too!
That is before he even thinks to spend one penny on any new players and/or manager!
I can't see how he can do that without a long term objective involving the gamble of many millions of pounds, or by selling off the clubs family silver!
Maybe the plan is an unorthodox one like becoming a feeder club for one of the big premier teams perhaps - and thereby be part funded (or bought out) by them?
It surely can't be based at winning promotion to the Premier next season can it?
If so we are in big, big trouble!

Wonder what he meant about the lifting of the transfer embargo? Almost implied we might be getting a loan or something. Can't remember exact words.

Came across really well. If nothing else he has saved the club in the short term and has to be congratulated for that.
