I keep wondering....
A lot of the people who I hear talk about voting leave mention "to stop us being controlled by Brussels"...
Would that arguament have had the same ring to it or the same mass appeal if, for example, the EU operations were based in Grimsby or some other English town or city?
I think it was easy for the leave campaign to associate Brussels with negative emotional feelings...
Does my line of thought make sense?
