Bloody killjoys.

Given what happened in Nice last night and the fact that I'll be heading to "that Europe" soon on a plane, I thought I'd check to see what the security status was at Manchester Airport.

Turns out that it's pretty much as it has been for a few years so no surprises but one bit did catch my eye.

Apparently, according to the list of items "specifically prohibited for carriage in an aircraft cabin", you can't take your catapult or slingshot.

Bastards!

I never leave the house without mine normally and I'm going to feel naked without it.

What am I supposed to do now if I get attacked by a Mallorcan giant who is intent on killing me and my army of Israelites?

They've not thought this through, obviously.

Speaking of Manchester Airport security, some mates of mine went on a lads holiday a few weeks back and whilst on their way back home from the airport one of them realised they'd left a backpack behind. When they went back it was still there in exactly the same spot untouched. 

I would have thought they'd be all over it. Could have been a bomb for all they knew. It was unattended for over an hour.

It's the gifs. I can't help but stare at it, it puts me in some sort of trance, especially the one with the tongue. I don't like it.

It's the way they stare at you.

It's like you're being sized up for a bamboo coffin.

It's very unnerving.

This one really gets to me.
