5 - 5 - 3

Inspired selection. I never really enjoyed Billy Bragg as much as I wanted to but this is a good one. Can't argue with the first two... pure genius.

The Lark Ascending is an unusual choice, and quite risky, but I love it,so it's a five.

5-3-4

Wow! I knew we'd come together musically on something, Bonce. I wouldn't have put my money on The Lark Ascending being it though.

Love classical Fin. Used to have a season ticket for the Halle when they played at the Free Trade Hall.
Don't get to their new home at the Bridgewater hall much though, more's the pity.

5-3-3 never got in to the Wedding Present or Billy Bragg but Lark ascending is amazing.

Wish I knew more. I have had periods of listening to a variety of stuff but think I have been a bit too intimidated by it tbh. Really enjoy it when I find something I like though so any recommendations for a relative novice always welcome. Throw some up on the music thread?

Try Carl Nielsen, one of my favourite composers. Or perhaps Khatia Buniatishvili playing the Schumann piano concerto. Best listen to Khatia with your eyes closed,or it might be hard to keep your mind on the music.

I'm no expert Fin but The Planets Suite by Holst is an easy to approach bit of classical music. One option would be to listen to Classic FM and make a note of anything you like.

Classic FM may not be much use if you are in New York however.

Haven't got the patience required for classical and was never a big Wedding Present fan. Mr. Bragg however is a big favourite of mine.

I'll go 1-3-5.

Seems I missed marking Breads submission - sorry mate, not intentional.

It seems 9 people cast 77 points for a very respectable average of 8.55.

When you get a minute please don't forget to send me your next three clips - Thanks.
