Japan mass stabbings

19 people have been killed and 45 injured in a mass stabbing in a disability centre by an ex employee there.
It really is getting ridiculous

If they'd had a suggestions box, weekly team meetings or an accessible line manager this disgruntled employee might have expressed his discontent in a different manner.
Although I don't know why he was working in the industry in the first place if he felt so strongly about people with disabilities.

Maybe that was his plan - to kill as many disabled people he could.

He got his foot in the door then he had loads to choose from.

Or maybe the job just wasn't for him - who knows?

Did they do background checks on him, was he mentally ill, or on drugs?
