That's good news. I'm hearing more and more about people who have been told the bad news and later being told you're clear or its contained.

I hope your wifes friend's husband gets through this, and bears in mind that its (supposedly) one of the 'better' ones to have. I was lucky as I was diagnosed 4 years ago, and we've watched it grow to the point of needing chemo. As a result, the treatment wasn't as bad as it could have been. Hopefully, its the same, or similar, for him.
