Phil Parkinson has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month award for August.
Appointed Wanderers manager back in June, Parkinson has seen his side enjoy an unbeaten start to the campaign as they sit two points clear at the top of the table.
The Whites produced their best start to a season for 82 years as they opened the year with four successive victories, clinching wins over Sheffield United, AFC Wimbledon, Bristol Rovers and Fleetwood Town respectively.
Ending the club's year-long wait for an away win along the way, only a 90th minute equaliser prevented Bolton from maintaining their 100% record in their final outing of the month away at Charlton Athletic.
Also nominated for the award are Graham Alexander (Scunthorpe United), Justin Edinburgh (Gillingham) and Stuart McCall (Bradford City).
The winner will be announced on Friday morning.
